Visited sacred sites like the Rangiri Dambulla Cave Temple and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy. Took cooking and medicinal tea courses while teaching English to student monks in Kandy.

Explored the islands' beauty on a small vessel while contributing to wildlife care and conservation efforts.

Worked on a remote, sustainable backcountry farm as a horse rancher and farmhand.
